Do you feel safer walking alone at night in Lao or in Viet Nam?

I would say both feel safe to me. However, outside of visiting the occasional night market, I usually don't get out much at night. Not because of any fear or concern, but usually do more activities during the morning/daytime hours. Thanks for watching and have a great Christmas!
