Would it be ok for me to choose my preferred cadence? Don't tell me about knee strain and fatigue. I can optimize my cadence myself. The standard settings suck. And the controller makes it hard and sometimes impossible to change the cadence. The menu doesn't even include options to change it.

Does the efficiency improve above 75 rpm. On my last ride on my 2022 turbo Levo I averaged 60 and maxed out at 112.
