It is too much traffic but it's still a pretty area. I don't drive but I ride spec-tran. What is the funny traffic light just before the section of Broad Street where ECPI is? I like that light but I don't know what it means. (Red and green only, both on at the same time, with no yellow.) Can someone satisfy my curiosity, please?
