This is very nice! However I see a few flaws! WHY is everything upstairs? Is this area prone to "Flooding"!? And with the "granite upgrades... which I Love so much. The Newer designs for bathroom vanities is to have a "SQUARE Bathroom Sinks" and a window in their bathrooms for proper ventilations! Invest , learn to invest smarter people!

Hello ! I believe it was necessary in order to properly layout the staircase. Without the hump, the stairs would have gone past the width of the condo. Great question and thanks for asking.

Looks like there’s a sprinkler system installed in this unit. Makes me believe there’s probably no fire wall or even sound proofing in between these units. If that’s actually the case then these units are worthless in my opinion.
