When I saw these Fried Crab and Potato Cakes in an IG post, I knew I would have to try it out myself. Took awhile for me to figure out how best to make them, but I have it down now. Believe me when I say; "These are crunch, tasty and refreshing". The Burnt Lime Aioli gives it a freshness which you would normally not get with fried potato cakes and mayo 😋

Lime (1/2 for the Juice, but more if you want to decorate)
