i did not appreciate BYO episodes before because I don't want other people speaking through out the video other than julia. It’s crazy how they price the houses it’s freaking crazy… I can buy a house in other country that have better infrastructure than Philippines. Come on it’s a third world country with one of the worst traffic in the world yet selling a house that is way over price.

Who really uses bathtubs in the Philippines? I will say 99% of the population will use the shower or the tabo. I think bathtubs in houses in the Philippines are a waste of money.

Just to be clear, 99% of the population can never afford this house. The 1% has a very different lifestyle and many of them will definitely be going to use a bathtub for whatever reason.

grew up with cousins in 1 (old) house and we all enjoyed using the only bathtub every weekend and sometimes at night during weekdays, tho of course we did separately. that's one thing i missed and unfortunately apartments dont offer bathtubs for obvious reasons.
