Wow! This is a LOT of property for an unbelievable price. The main structures are in amazingly good condition. I'm picturing a small hotel ..

This is a very interesting space. I could see this as a combination AirBnB, BnB and community event space. First I would convert the 3 stable spaces (it looked like 3) into stand alone studio type apartments for AirBnB rentals. Then I would add on suite bathrooms to the bedrooms upstairs, convert the kitchen and the large bathroom either into a owner’s apartment or into 2 more bedrooms, then set up the upstairs open room into a communal lounge/breakfast area, with seating and cafe tables. I would create a large commercial kitchen space in part of the garage, use other parts for storage for the items necessary for large events like tables, chairs, etc, and just keep the entry part of the garage for a vehicle. I would create a very lovely garden space in the garden with patios and gazebos and places that can be set up for parties. You didn’t show the downstairs bathroom, but if it was a single, I would convert it into a public/multi bathroom space, and keep the office room for the management of the property and the side room for small item storage, or as a small serving area where drinks and dishes could be staged for the larger parties. This space has a lot of potential, but would also take a lot of work and money to get it set up for these purposes. Because of its size, I think it would be a challenge to use it as a personal home. Good luck to whoever has the vision and the drive to make it into something amazing!!

The architectural details of this property are spectacular. It's a beautiful building. I would hate to see some of those large open rooms broken up into smaller rooms. I picture it as an events venue. Imagine weddings there. The iron work and the windows are wonderful. WOW!

A beautiful property in need of new owners, new ideas, a fresh vision and some paint, bricks and nails. It will be gorgeous after some alterations to bring this facility back to present times and needs.❤

The building is truly beautiful! Hopefully someone will have the financial means to restore this building and bring it back to life.

Definitely needs a lot of love - I doubt the electrics is in any decent state, and the heating is definitely terribly outdated. That is a full replacement. Still it is a NICE and large property - love it. Only negative is that upstairs the kitchen is on one end, the living room on the other ;) How old is that? Because if you look at the basemene- those are concrete pillars? But yeah, nice garage, too - very unusual in Italy. Totally love it.

This property is full of potential. It's good to see options during seasons other than Spring and Summer. The separate residence is appealing with garden access. As always, the house is one thing, the location another, so it's good to see other provinces. I've been following you for years, but I have to say that Molise and surrounds are still firm favourites with me.

Ciao Fiorella and Aden, I love this palazzo, absolutely a nice event center on the main floor, I would modernize the small kitchen area so it can be catered. It has a lot of possibilities. The first floor could be and air B&B with a community room, for some entertainment. I would make the stable block more bedrooms and maybe a bridal suite, incase weddings are held there. Anyway, so many possibilities. Tanto amore da N.Y.

I could see a lovely community cafe in the downstairs area, tea dances and keeping it for the locals to enjoy. I love it so much it is a beautiful home. There is so much space, the garden everything and the potential to make it a home. Just wish I had the funds.

This is an absolute beauty! Now we're talking! It will be hell to heat it during winter but for that price I see it could be a very good project.

From the hall and entrance it would appear to have the shape of an old (not ancient) restaurant for receptions. weddings and first communions.

Well that one big room at the end going to the balcony you could make at least 4 more room out of it with a hallway ti tbe balcony and they would be big rooms or 6 rooms just smaller like the United States or more some rooms or should I say most roo.s here int The states may only be about10ft by 12 ft. If your lucky.

It could be a magnificent home with places for entertainment and I would move the kitchen to the first floor and use the kitchen area for a master en-suite

If I had half a million U.S. dollars, I would love this place. Obviously, it is going to need renovation but only to incorporate the 70's style with the 2024 kick. What worries me is having to heat the place in the winter. I wonder how much that costs. Honestly, this place is one that someone would have to walk through with an architect to totally examine this place. I absolutely love how large the place is and the potential is threw the roof (not literally). This place needs a loving family who doesn't mind the church bells. The garden can be turned into a rose haven. I hope someone with the money and the desire to turn this back into a palace.

Turin is not very far. But this is a small town and I cannot see cafes or ristorantes nearby. It will be difficult to built an airbnb at that place, it is not very touristic. But the castle is molto bellisimo. 🤩

It is not an "old castle" ... it is a "modern" version of it, likely built or heavily modified around the 60s, most probably it was to be used as a fancy summer residence, small hotel or something alike...😅

That massive property only having two bathrooms is baffling to me. Plus all these small towns ringing their church bells all the time is very annoying to me.
@rossinniandcoАй бұрын
When looking for a house in Italy be sure to find out which bells work in a given town as usually it is only the mother church that has the bells operational
@caterinaborg3441Ай бұрын
The church should really think of purchasing that property. Because of the proximity to the church, those bells would be very annoying to hear all day long.
