Perfectly homely in that honestly modest Italian style. Lovely.

This is a wonderful home. If I did not already have a home. I would definitely want this one. Updating would just be cosmetic. But it is livable. It is in a wonderful town. It has so much potential. Wow I love it. Plus the views. Dave and crew. Great home.

I totally agree! Paint the kitchen cabinets and those tiles. And it’ll be a little refresh but would make so much difference! I reckon painting the wooden panelling throughout would be good too.

What a great townhouse! Takes me back to when I bought my first home in 1975! You can definitely feel the love in that place!

Paint all the paneling white or off white. Too dark as it is. In the USA, this is considering Farmhouse style and very popular in white/lighter shades. Kitchen wall needs to be partially removed. Hallway to closed in for me and removing part of the wall opens the kitchen more.

Dave! This has to be one of the best places you’ve ever shown us. Not only because we’d be neighbours, but because the town has so much going for it with amenities etc, the house does need some work but nothing major - new boiler yes, check the wiring throughout but other than that, sand and paint that panelling for now, take the wallpaper off, fresh coat of white paint, and you’re good to go. What I love is the space in the basement with the little bit of outside space - my two dogs and I would be out there most of the day ❤ I only wish I had the money to buy this! I’d spend my 3 months there, come home to the UK, and then come back again. Living the absolute dream!!

A true Nonna house. It has great bones, Dave, and I love the fact there is open space across the road to have views. Just wondering if they could be false ceilings. They look a bit flimsy on camera. What lies beneath? Without the wood panelling and wall paper, this will be a winner.

Oh and by the way. The chairs at the foot of the bed are positioned so you can move them out to the balcony. Easy peasy. good forethought.

Not crazy about the 70s vibe. However, this place has good bones and can be moved into with no problem then renovated and updated over time. Some of the furniture is not my style but it is vintage and could easily be sold.

Fantastic for the price. The livingroom is ample and the bedrooms are nice and large. Also ample storage below. I wish it had a diningroom, but again, for the price what's here is very nice.

Dave what a fav house I love love love the orange tiles and retro furniture. One could paint that pine paneling. It would be a great wainscoting. . Like you said take off the wallpaper and curtains even the cork can stay. I would really love that apartment. I don't like the messy neighbors yard but the beautiful street lovely and the VIEWS wow. Gina in Upstate New York USA moving to Italy/Portugal. I would paint the cabinets too they are nice but everything needs a bit of creativity and vision. Drop ceilings bet they are high ceilings. They loved pine, pine doors too..One could paint all that pine white. Awesome price for such a big space

??? My comment is gone ow dear . Well it's a real special stuck in time 70ties museum almost. It's a pearl for the fans . Painting the wood could also look different in a nice collor . very special furnishing !! You would pay a lot for it in Whoopa shops, remember please befor put it outsite !! the JAMES BOND stuff. The views are super nice , good rooms ... close 2 David 😅. Well don't worrie i won't 😂 . The price is top but i would realy had 2 change everything and that is such a waist . This is indeed a a museum and the furnishing is worth a lot ... can't get the name ... but it's now designe , believe me . Be good 2 this. Add a lava lamp ... and disco music ... great . You must love it ,ore leave it i think . Fridge i ❤ 2 buy it 😂. Not my years , absolute not, 2 brown and orange but that doesn't matter , location wauw , i have 2 rent a car and see that part . Still havn't bin there . But love thoose views... wondering off for ours looking at the valley and all the rest. Good one ...
