No, dewdrop, you watched a video that made the claim that nobody knows how it was done. But, you can even watch it being unfolded if you actually watched the mission video. You can read the schematics. You can see photos of them folding the rover into the lander. Etc.

when a space craft lands on an airless body, it must use retro rockets to prevent itself crashing. In the first image of the lander allegedly on the surface (at about 52 minutes) there is no evidence of this. When will they admit it is all a big fat lie or at the very least a studio mock-up? I can spot other anomalies too, but I'll save them for another time.
@rockethead7
@rockethead7 Жыл бұрын
Well, dewdrop, given that you are referring to a photo supposedly at the 52:00 mark in a video that's only 51:57 long, I'd hardly think you're a credible source of anything. But, your claim stands or falls as it is (it falls). Go look at the photo archives. Plenty of evidence of dust being blown by the engines in each mission.

By the time NASA faked Apollo 17 mission the Lunar Lander on the outdoor movie set here on Earth was really starting to show lots of wear and tear since the same LEM and set was used for most of the later Apollo missions. Also, the lunar rover was starting to show a ton of wear and tear. I think that's why NASA cancelled the final planned Apollo missions, the equipment and props on the outdoor set were deteriorating, and the lunar rovers were constantly breaking down.

@wendelallen2539

@@tubecated_developmentNot an invention, by Apollo 17 you can clearly see some peeling paint on some of the cheap buckled panels on the LEM, and you can also see quite a bit of wear on the lunar rovers. The frame and fender configuration was slightly different on each of the 3 rovers and since they were breaking down by Apollo 17, all 3 were used in various photos (showing one) during Apollo 17. I might add that there is a partially crushed yellow McDonald's cheeseburger box on the surface of the moon in one of the US Flag photos taken during Apollo 17.

@TheKaiser-pf8fr
@TheKaiser-pf8fr Жыл бұрын
No, it’s moving because 1, it was curled into a cylinder during launch and had to unfurl itself over time, and 2, the movement of the astronaut twisting the flag pole is translated into lots of movement in the flag itself because there is no air holding it still. Do you really think there would be wind blowing the flag if this were done in a studio?

Please don't use footage from other missions, or if you do, lable which mission the footage is from. Also, some of the pictures before landing were taking after landing. It's distracting, and takes away from all the efforts that put this together. The Apollo 15 rover footage frustrated me to no end.
