I really feel like you would REALLY enjoy Verivery, they have VOCALS and their one of if not the most synchronized and best group dancers of the 4th gen. (serious they have some of the hardest choreo's and they are all perfectly in synch doing it) Also their music is SO different from the regular 4th gen catalog. They should be a top group but people sleep on them. PS. If you decide to check them out I would start from their debut and move up cause you can see GROWTH with this group even though their debut is still amazing.

23:30 It's an E5 belt!! Hayoung and Jiwon are insanely talented vocalists, and both nailed the E5. Nagyung who sings the "Doesn't matter" part of the final chorus is also an incredible singer, but I have a feeling since E5 is a bit out of her range (slightly lower than Jiwon & Hayoung's) she was able to put a spin on it that made it comfy for her, bringing it down from a belt into a more intimate head voice moment, which I really like! It paves a nice path through the garden of sound for Hayoung's whistle tone adlibs to bloom amidst the final chorus.

fromis_9 (pronounced promise nine in korean (no f consonant)) is under a company called pledis which is a subsidiary under hybe. the one in all black, hayoung, is literally momo of the group. she's also always zoning out lol. i think she might be their best dancer but i know she's known for her high muscle mass from always working out. my biases are jiwon (the black shorts and main vocal) and jisun though, the two of the shortest members. they're soooo friggin pretty and cute.. jisun has the most alluring stare and vibe and jiwon's hype is probably unmatched in the whole industry XD

Please start reacting to more sf9, you are truly missing out love, their music is amazing, the vocals, the rapping, the dancing and performing, they literally have some of the best dance practices out there ( they are all just incredible dancers and performers, so in-sync and the choreos are insane ) you could literally make some amazing reaction videos of your dancer friends. I suggest tear drop, trauma, good guy, now or never, summer breeze, rpm and enough. fromis_9 is not a recently debuted group. They have great talent and songs, but they are just a relatively unknown group. There are so many girl groups in Korea, and all of them have great talent. So there are a lot of groups that have such great talent but don't do much at the box office. fromis_9 became known worldwide when HYBE (BTS' agency) took over the team.

The boy groups that i can think of in the 4th gen are ACE, ONF and Oneus.

Literally the only boy group giving VOCALLY is Oneus, where Seoho is probably the only competition to Jongho,, and Keonhee and Leedo are both good and interesting vocalists tbqh Come Back Home and Luna are great examples - but you're right, newer boy groups focus more on the performance than the vocals. (And honestly some of Oneus' music feels more 3rd or even 2nd gen which might be why I'm more inclined to them) Also the girl you pointed out as looking like Momo is Hayoung! She's the main dancer and the lead vocalist doing the allibs at the end. She also used to be a hip hop battle dancer before becoming a trainer, just multitalented

As a group, Fromis_9 in average have better vocal technique than other girls group which I know. Not the best but average better. I think Hayoung have widest vocal range, but best vocal technique is Jiwon. Jiwon and Seoyeon have best musicality (subjectively) in this group.

women dont have to work harder, its just that the average boygroup fan is generally quite extreme, they even supported that guy who was involved in the sex trafficking ring. boygroups focus a lot on their looks because thats what their fans want, the extreme fangirls focus entirely on looks, but when it comes to female kpop, if you noticed, the groups that focus on their bodies and sexualise their videos tend to do much worse. female kpop fans come for the music, male kpop is just visuals

Its not that deep, you are saying about patriarchy, but what I have seen that female idols are more popular than boy groups these days. Queendom 1,2 proves it. there are survival shows of boy groups unknown, cause not famous. boys,girls both work hard, lets not demeanize that. and lastly , There are so much good vocalists from boy groups ! 4 vocalists of BTS, Vocalists of EXO, Ateez, Golden child, Enhypen, TxT etc, they are so amazing with different tones and ranges! research a bit , I think you will find amazing boy idols with good vocals
