Hi i have just got a renegade longitude in the uk and would love to get into overland driving but i dont have low diff 4x4 gear box so is it still possible? Plus where can i find a swing arm spare wheel bracket like you have on yours? Thanks

If you have normal 4x4 it’s fine ! I didn’t really used the 4low a lot ! My rear bumper with the tire carrier come from Avid Essentials !

Low on the renegade is just an ultra low first gear . It's about final drive * first is about 20:1. Typical low range on 4x4 is about 35:1 or more. My Cherokee Trailhawk is 56:1. Renegade is still an awesome Jeep. They should make a Renegade Rubicon with a 2 inch lift instead of 1 and give it the same setup my Cherokee Trailhawk has. It would be unstoppable. Someone needs to at LEAST make a high stall torque converter for it - something. I'd buy one too for my Cherokee if they made it.

Spider Jeep the black Renegade has a 1.5” Daystar lift with 225/70r16 !

How do you actually find these routes? I want to do something similar in Scandinavia but I have no idea where to start.

I don’t know in this area but mostly everywhere there’s some remote places far from big Town and there’s always little road anywhere in the world!! Check your map 🗺 and look for places with smaller roads and not a lot of civilization!! 🤙🏼

@@ROUTES_SAUVAGES daggum! That's the same size I'm running on my Cherokee: 30.5 (as 265 65 17) . It bogged a slight amount with the 2.4. hike it 9 controller on cruise 5 brings the throttle feel back to a little better than stock though. I can't run 16s because my brakes are too big lol. 13 inch brakes factory. Maybe with wheel spacers I could.
