As usual for documentaries, there will be people complaining about the authenticity of the shown information. In this case, I must be this person, because this is very grossly researched and reproduced. Chanel's story is much more subtle than this, and many mistakes about French names and phenomenons are made here. I guess you have to be French to understand all the social and grammatical implications of certain words, but their translation and understanding of them, as well as of the relationships Coco had with people, very much marked by the French way of thinking and socialising, is superficial at best.
