Among other types of aircraft, my father worked on Barracudas while he was in the Royal Navy down in Sri Lanka.

They already found them years ago. But great acting. It’s like the dinosaur bones at the kids museum. Kid walks up finds one. Cover it up and next kid finds one

Josh's enthusiasm to find something is infectious. One day, he just might.

It should not come as a surprise as there is not a single aircraft left, if you take a look at Japanese, Italian, Russian aircraft from WW2, there are plenty of examples without a single plane left, let alone wreckage of one. Another example is of the 11500 Wellington bombers made, there are only two complete examples, and one of those was pulled up out of a lake after 30 years

Only a couple of Halifax bombers The one in Canada is the only complete original one I think.

Host: It just doesn't make sense to me that there isn't a SINGLE ONE left in the world. Steam locomotive enthusiasts: Hell of a thing, ain't it?

The museum has a P1127, ancestor of the Harrier and the American copy, AV8. Amazing place. Shame the British govt. does not give it the money to properly restore all of the aeroplanes.

Don't be daft, they're too busy donating it somewhere around the world.....

Does Josh actually find something this time?

Been watching Josh since Destination Truth and the guy is a National Treasure. He actually explores and brings history to our screens. I find his content interesting and informative. To you I’d say what have you explored? What have you brought to others? I’m willing to bet nothing.
