Mark and Digger have moonshine in stores I'm not sure if they are making it themselves or if its just their recipes and faces on the bottles but I've seen hazelnut rum and rye apple with their names on the bottles the brand is Sugarlands shine there is also some with Tickle, Mark Rogers, Jim Tom, and Patti on the bottles. like I said I don't know if they are actually making it themselves but I'm almost positive they are getting paid for being on the bottles

I know this show is fake and all, but is the pot the only part of the still that has to be registered and plated? Or does the government require every piece registered and numbered? And is that as simple for the commercial producers as simply doing some online paperwork and paying whatever price and then being able to print out all the paperwork and then engraving or plating whatever parts are required?
@curtishilliker3522 Жыл бұрын
I do believe that your missing the entire mindset of Tim and why it was on a moveable trailer. They mention expanding the building and the time that takes. I would imagine some of that "time" would be involved with this part of building permits/codes. Just my 2 cents.

Copper is a terrible material for steam. Steam is also way to hot for distilling you don’t need much more than 190 degrees. On top of that you really shouldn’t run steam through a sealed coil like that. It should have a vacuum breaker at minimum to allow the condensate to flow back to the boiler. It should also have a steam trap of some sort to keep the steam in and the condensate flowing back to the boiler/feed tank
