I spent many hours attending a refresher course and been watching lecture videos to understand this subject but none of them could really explain as clear and as simple as you did. You are a gifted Professor/Teacher as YOU ARE TRULY A DOCTOR (Ph.D.)! You can simplify a difficult topic into something easy to understand by students.
