I think there's none. V3-1 and V3-5's culprits don't even try to defend themselves, whereas V3-2 and V3-3's last argument is a Rebuttal Showdown, and V3-4's last argument is a Mass Panic Debate.

I think the reason we lack Hope Vs. Despair so much on V3 compared to the other games is because the theme this time is Truth Vs. Lie more than anything, I have noticed how many times the game puts emphasis on truth and lie. It only starts getting more close to Hope Vs. Despair at the endgame.
