The victim was asked if the perpetrator said anything that suggest it was a racist incident, and the victim said nothing. I thought the government has made racism act a crime not if I'm wrong, but I hear the discussion is on expulsion. If the racism is indeed a crime in this country, I'll suggest that if the perpetrator is the young person as it is expected in a university students at most, the parents must also answer for the crime of their child because it will seems to me that as humans we are born with above average level of love but as for hating others one must be taught and where else can one learn that if it is not from home as we are still having a quiet number of racist parents or generation still leaving amongst us.
