Overall, Barbs and Archers are still used to offset the traps in ground spam armies (although it would make more sense if Spring Traps were upgradeable even higher), but Super Barbs have use in funneling in certain strats, Super Archers can still be used in Blimp strats (although it's not that op as before after countless reworks), only Giant and it's Super version as whole can't get anything done due to the vulnerability for the splash dmg even as the tanks

Nah, the super Giant is lack of usefull purpose. I always use Giant to check or trigger Tesla in corner of the base.

Valkyries are great troop i use them with witches and rage spells to annihilate any base also valks in a rage spell are op in 0.5 seconds the whole area is destroyed

I pretty much use barbs for clean up now on certain armies. They are a cheap way to take down missed buildings for 1 housing space so you dont time fail. Other than that, completely useless

There's always at least 1/3 of the leaderboard having Valchiries in their army camps, and Valchiries are the only ground troop that keep destroying my th12 base. Also, root riders and Valchiries anybody? I personally can't use them somehow but I would never say they're useless

7:44 I have to strongly disagree with this one. Combining super barbs with battle rams together are deadly combos as long as high splash damage defenses are taken under control. Battle rams are great defense distractions while super barbs do the village-wrecking jobs and both units give 5 housing space (just don't do it in dragon cliffs and clan capital, duh) then before super miners are unlocked from the clan capital. The super barb and rams combo is my go-to strategy (super barbs being 1.8-2x the amount than battle rams) with frost spells. Destroying bases only took 2 attacks with them takes to the quantity strategy.

Super Barbs are godlike for funneling. Theyre one of the best troops, the average player just likes to spam units without strategy.

Giants are still visible for distractions but you have to spam a lot and use warden ability

I am maxed TH16 and I farmed pretty much everything including walls (ESPECIALLY WALLS) with super barbarians. Super gobs are good but super barbs are best if you want to boost barracks and farm for an hour or two, sometimes 10-15 barbs + heroes will one star a base with no spells needed

@@dando541 it’s REALLY strong when you get it down. CC is: Blimp, 3 super archers, 2 invis. Spells: 3 invis, 2 clone, and a rage. Use the healers on the warden, and warden ability with the blimp into the core. I pushed to legend with it and had a perfect CWL

I wouldn't call that a loved troop! 😂 Nobody was struggling because of elixir Dark elixir troops weren't use because of the cost You're not an "OG" , Are you!? 🤣

I haven't played the iPhone only time since i am an Android droid 🤣 Yeah, training time was terrible in these days. Today even this has been flattened out, i can train a dragon army in less than 30 minutes. So... i farm with dragons, which was completely out of question in the old days... the dragons were for CW only. Of course i am farming in Titan1 because of bonus (didn't exist in the old days). Enough war stories?😁😏

None of the original troops are useful anymore. It's either ALL e-dragons. Tons of Root Riders. Yeti's. Titans. Nobody, including myself, uses original troops, unless they're stubborn underdog fans desperately trying to make an impossible statement. I'm all maxed out by the way.
