I've finally reached level 9999 for the first time in Disgaea 2, in preparation to Adell's final reincarnation. Every time I wanted to spawn lovers, I end up going for leveling up Adell. Following the reincarnation is the usual skill mastery reaccumulation then leveling him up some. Getting all those lovers out is the next step. Getting the rank 40 fist on Adell is next on my mind. Perfecting another omniscient rod and attempting for 10-figure damage popups are next on my mind. Maladroit is likely next for maxing out the total levels, considering he's about 60% of the way there already. All of this is done without the use of the felony system for extra exp too.

Reincarnating = "stored levels" Stored Levels = more bonus points More bonus points = higher stats. You also get "Yellow Bar" stats which are based off the stars of your character before he reincarnated, so if you reincarnate at a high level you get more yellow bar stats. To get the most out of your base stats what you need to do is 1) Store 186,000 levels, reincarnating at Genius level. This will give you 220 Bonus points to allocate to your characters stats. 2) Reincarnate and put 67 points into each stat. This will mean your Yellow bar stats max out when you reincarnate your final time. Level your character upto 9999 (I think you can stop sooner but I never remember what the minimum level is so I just keep on going) 3) Reincarnate one last time, putting 255 points into your primary damage dealing stat (Normally ATK, INT or HIT). Do this without any equipment on your character and proceed back and forth from the stat allocation screen to the resulting reincarnation screen until you get 270 points in your damage dealing stat. This happens because you get ~ 6% +/- of the stats you allocate to your character. 4) Level back upto lvl 9999. At this point your character should have 1.14 million points in a single stat (without equipment)

When you can see your stats at level 1, hit the Circle Button to go back a page. Every time you do this it rerolls your stats rapidly. In disgaea 1 people would see the stats and reset the console, and when NIS heard about this, because they KNOW people will do it anyway, they made the process A LOT faster to do. So simply hit the O Button, hit the X Button, rinse and repeat until your highest leveled stat is at 270. You can also repeat until You get a positive roll on ALL 8 stats, alongside a 270. (Write down your aptitudes, then compare till all 8 are above your written numbers.) But this one is not as worth the time as repeating till a 270, but if you don't have overpowered item Levels on your gear, it can save your butt in Land of Carnage.

Land of Carnage + 300 felonies + 300% game speed when played on emulator = lvl 1 to 9999 in about 10 minutes, 1 stored level to 186.000 stored levels in two or three hours :) What's weird though is that on PSP last full clear before 9999 gives me about 150 levels, for you clearing 6 out of 8 only gives you 10. Felonies alone cannot explain this difference so I wonder if on PSP they haven't sped things up.

@@AnimeSageyoutubemomentsanime 1. Depend on when you reincarnate. Usually people will around lvl 2000 or so. so thats mean 186,000/2000 =98 times. 2. The next time you reincarnate u give all your stats equal stat increament, around 67 of all stats (+store stats (the yellow one)). And level it up to lvl 9999. 3.Then finally reincarnate for the last time, but this time without any equipment because when you reincarnate, you will see how much your actual basic stats are. If you put 255 on attack, meaning, the stat can go on till 270 on atk at lvl 1. Once you get that. Move on and level up your final level.

I'm 3 years late, but the reason for this is ... he hasn't unlocked felonies in the story yet. This entire save file is played out before he even finishes 1-1. He literally just plays the tutorial map, then item world until he gets access to Land of Carnage, then does LoC item world. That's why it took over 500 hours to max out Adell.
