see, this is how you advertise a game. a quick 6 minute look at what to expect from the game you may be considering dropping 60 bucks on. in those 6 minutes they clearly outlined what to expect, also, NIS keeps their promises, none of that "promise 15 features, deliver 4 crappy ones" shit.

believe me i know the feeling but Disgaea is awesome. the beginning is slow and dull but after a while you start to unlock a ton of different stuff it becomes really addictive. so have patience... or not. i really don't care too much. on the contrary if you dislike it because it has anime style then i'm sorry but that's a stupid reason for disliking anything.

@xburner337 I meant to say was that with the level editing system, you can just grind easily. Meaning you would make a level, play a few times, get lvl 9999, and beat the story and everything in a jiffy with just that one character you leveled up. Or if its like you have to beat the game to unlock the level editing system then ok but just saying.

@Gamsterjeff600 Yes. All of the Disgaea games take place in the same universe and sometimes characters from earlier Disgaea games make cameo appearances in later ones. But even so each Disgaea game has it's own independent story with it's own independent cast of characters. So you can jump into any game in the series at any time without having played any of the previous ones if that's what you want.
