I thought that Cruella kind of missed the mark, in spite of it's desire to please. My biggest takeaway, however, was Emma Stone's acting ability. See has earned my respect. Consistently entertaining.

Loved the Movie!! Hope they don't just make a sequel of it now & save it as a fresh take on the character! Because Emma brought a certain level of sweet innocent, comical & emotional side of CRUELLA! So it wud be really hard to digest cruella as a VILLAINOUS personality now

?? Do you remember how she was a "good" person in 102 Dalmatians, until she saw the dalmatians again, which triggered her evil side again? I think this movie is playing with that. Also, she DEFINITELY wanted to kill the dalmatians in this movie. She only didn´t do it because Jasper and Horace thought that was too much.

This is the only Disney villain I don’t want them to make evil. Like I don’t know why they wasted that story on the Maleficent live action. She’s from a fantasy world, Disney could have gotten away with making her cool and truly evil. But not Cruella. Not enough fantasy in that universe and glorifying a puppy killer would make Disney look bad.

Maleficent sucked. Joker is still not a good character. And Cruella is the only good live action movie that used to be an animated Disney movie. So if Judas is next I hope it’s like the Cruellaand Joker movies😂 and not like Maleficent
