I'm so glad I'm not the only one who makes fancy meals for my dog with my leftovers. My dog's favorite is when I bring home leftover Chinese food since our local place puts a TON of steamed carrots and broccoli on the side for every entree so he gets veggies and white rice in his scrambled eggs on those nights.

I was introduced to Pittsburgh style during my 4 years at WVU. It is my favorite way to order a small piece of steak to this day. Sometimes you'll get a server that asks you what that is and they say we can't do that. Other times the chef knows what's up when they go back and ask what it is.
