Hi linkingurl1680! I would say to make sure your two cabins are linked together in DCL's system so you will be sitting together in the restaurants. Also the Disney app has a messaging feature so you can communicate with other people on board, so I would take advantage of that! Also having a small magnetized white board to hang on the outside of doors can help with leaving notes and communication. Very helpful. I have a question, if you are two stare rooms in your party, do you need to check in separately? I am still not sure when our window for check in will be opened, because we are in Spain and the countdown I think changed to our local time🤔🤔. We are sailing the 14th November. I think it will be the midnight of the 14th , 6 am of the 15th for me, but i am not sure 😢

But at 3.14, you mention that it’s important to check in with the “legal name that matches your travel documents.” I’m sailing using my birth certificate, which shows my maiden name. My driver’s license shows my married name…Will this cause problems? I’m assuming I should check in with my married name (it’s my adult legal taxpayer name).

Hi Annmarie! Yes definitely check in with your married legal name. It is usually recommended if you’re using your birth certificate and Drivers License, to also bring your marriage certificate to bridge the gap in name change.
