I’ll be there the actual week of Christmas, and after the last Christmas we had there I’m super exited for the funnel cake! Last time it was an apple pie kinda deal and so good, I bet the churro one is RIDICULOUS. All the food looks so good- I spend way more money on food at Disney than anything else.

Posole is a regular part of our cuisine here in NM. I love mine with pork( instead of chicken)AND Red NM Chile of course!! Although, sometimes it's nice to have posole "Christmas" which is 'NM' for both RED AND GREEN Chile together... Also very delicious!

The pozole was totally homemade from Latinos. I worked there. Almost everything is from scratch. I was shocked.

How does the pozole at Rancho del Zocalo compare to the one being served at Paradise Garden Grill at DCA? I love pozole and am curious if one is better than the other. :)

I don’t understand drinking cold brew with a straw. I feel like the layered flavors blend better when sipped straight from the cup.

We just went a few days ago and I had to stop at Bengal BBQ...same prices , but they literally cut the skewer size in half...used to be about 5 pieces on a skewer we got 3 on all our chicken , beef and pork belly skewers But stopped at Jolly Holiday earlier for lunch and I got the Holiday/thanksgiving sandwich and I liked it! to bad it just came with chips instead of some kind of soup , but it was good

I feel pretty good, and being double vaxxed and boosted helps a lot too. There's plenty of ways to get the space you need around people outside, except in situations like fireworks, etc.

As a Mexican, the Pozole from Disneyland tastes like red enchiladas. So please don't think that's what Pozole taste like or has to taste like. It's waaaaay better at a more authentic place.
