so stoked your doing handlebar bags now! I hope you have a micro seat bag in the works - the Revelate Shrew and I are no longer on speaking terms.

Here is the video that includes the experience: kzbin.info/www/bejne/eWLFZ5-drsd4qdk. It wouldn't stay stable from left to right and I couldn't get it to stay high up on the seat rails so it was slipping down and rubbing on my thighs with each pedal stroke. This drives me crazy so I ditched it. I think at most i'll just go with something like a backcountry mutherload strap for a small item under the seat @@guychux

Same here! Would love a small stable seatbag ~4L for jackets/high frequency items. I haven't had any issues with my shrew so far but it's small. I'd definitely get whatever Andrew came up with.

Looks very interesting. I like the pouch on the front. What is the thought process behind having an inner and an outer bag, both with two roll closures?

Good question! Ease of packing, dry/wet packing, and protection for the inner bag. There's a more in-depth explanation here: dispersed.bike/product/handlebar-roll/
