I posted this similar comment on another channel. As a Korean-American I’ve always pride myself with both my Korean and American culture. This abhorrent act of disrespect from this individual when visiting another country is absolutely unacceptable and shameful! He should face jail time for his outrageous and disgusting behavior and conduct in a country where he had malicious intent! Not being biased for his tomfoolery acts in South Korea as he has done it in both Israel and Japan! I hope South Korea takes into careful consideration for not what he has done in Korea but also in Israel and Japan. His thoughtless actions and hurtful words in all 3 countries needs to be addressed immediately and he must face the ramifications for all those innocent citizens of Israel, Japan, and South Korea where he harassed and spewed racial epithets! When I watched his insincere apology and lies that was as if pouring salt on an open wound. The comments in regard to Nagasaki and Hiroshima and disrespecting the statue of those that fell victim of sex slavery and demonstrating outright disrespect towards the police officers in Israel. "oh high conviction rate", "oh hes gonna get ten years", "oh nobody is taking his apology seriously". He got away with it both times doing what 3 months in japan and getting kicked out of Israel? The guy (Brennan) beside him in the apology video stated he tricked and lied to Johnny to make the apology, which Johnny had no intention, nor wanted to do such a thing. Brennan then had a big backlash, so he made a video stating he broke ties with Johnny and wants nothing to do with him anymore. Brennan implied Johnny is a sociopath, who did not care at all on what he had done. Brennan admitted he protected Johnny by hiding him out. Now he regretted his decision. Likely because his own life is now going to be ruined all for nothing.

Sorry, but this is not true. Korea does not allow consecutive jail time for series of crimes. Instead, all crimes are grouped as one, take crime with highest possible jail time (which is 10 years in Somali's case). Then, judge can add up to 50% of jail time if multiple crimes were made. So possible maximum sentencing would be 15 years under Korean law.
