César Ramírez Martinell is the CEO of Cesar Martinell & Associates, a prominent architectural firm in Barcelona. He is the grandson of its founder, who founded the company in 1916, and who was a student and apprentice of Antoni Gaudi.
In addition to managing his firm he serves on the board of several construction and engineering companies. He has been part of several large projects in Barcelona, having worked on the MACBA, and was also involved in The Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao.
With a disruptive construction technology he is trying to make housing more afforadable worldwide.

Dolmens are not 60.000 years old. At least I do not know about such old dolmens in Europe or Sevilla. The majority of them is about 5000 years old (as maximum). Or archeologists - please, correct the information.

of no symphony prefab/engineered construction isnt even close to new or "disruptive". he presented nothing here. Could have at least shown a specific technology or application that was new(ish) or disruptive(ish)

Just one thing on Ford, his car was so good, it didn't need replacing or fixing. He almost went out of business because of it.
