That line with Fraw and being licensed to operate the craft was used by Ripley in Aliens when she's trying to find work to do. Along with the Power Loader, Cameron definitely had some Gundam influence.

Need to wach the series again though if I'm right char was post be the main character as aramo was post to die from what I remember reading from the og concept

That was my understanding as well. I know for a fact Char is the main character of Zeta because Tomino said so explicitly. He was also supposed to be killed by Scirocco.

Those would have worked really well. I think the “b” or “c” words would have been too aggressive.
