Dissidia Final Fantasy Cloud Strife Guide Abilities, Combos, & Builds

Lately I find your channel videos are exclusively playing some of my favourite games of all time. It's such a nostalgia blast. I was a Zidane main myself but this is making me wanna go back and play again and try Cloud out.

@@Sokairu711 Thanks man! And I'm glad someone has a similar taste in games that I'm playing lol. I mostly will still do FFT but I will be playing through all the campaigns in the Age of Mythology Remake and of course still so other gaming videos like Dissidia and Jeanne from time to time. And yeah Cloud is fun once you get the best stuff lol

Cloud being one of the most memorable Final Fantasy characters, it's nice that Dissidia has him pretty powerful. Maybe he isn't the BEST character here. Who do you consider the best, or is it more dependent on playstyle in Dissidia?

He is insane once he gains his special EX and can guard break while having more attack power lol. So good question. In the first Dissidia to me the best characters are Zidane and Terra. Zidane is super fast and most of his attacks are safe to throw out. Terra is more of a long ranged mage fighter but her magic is devastating and her special EX is scary strong as she will double cast her attacks.

YES!!!! Lets see some more Dissidia FF videos. I put over 300 hours in the first one. Really wished that Dissidia NT would have kept this format. Would really like to see videos on how to generate items for armament creation. That was the most confusing part of the game and at some point I just gave up and focused on the story and battles.

We will see how it plays out, I thought Dissidia 1 was so fun even though most people rather play 012 at this point lol. I wish I had my original save file but I think some guides on various things like that would be great. And yeah it's so damn fun. I just wish it wasn't so grindy lol but it's my favorite fighting game

@@J7Jase the 2nd was okay and i put a lot of hours on it also, but the first one was memorable for me. For years I would talk to my friends about a final fantasy style fighting game mostly in the style of marvel vs capcom and when I saw the previews for this game I was excited and skeptical. But after playing it I was glad it was presented in this style. I had hoped the same thing for dissidia nt but after seeing the 3v3 style and then knowing it was intended for the esports crowd I was sorely disappointed. Square dropped the ball with it BIG TIME!!!’

Not related to Cloud, but as a Tidus main, getting to the end of the vid I can literally hear Tidus' lines when he's doing his moves. "Huff... how's that?" (Stick & move) "Now! See ya!" (Quick cut) Doing these moves for thousands of times I thought it came from the vid, then I realized you had the game sounds off and it was all me. Damn. I miss this game. 😂

Tidus is g. I was debating on making a video about him with an epic brave boost on dodge build lol. Since his exclusive gives it as well. Yeah the first Dissidia is forgotten these days but I love it

Is there a reason for making the guide on original Dissidia over Duodecim 012 which is the updated, and more widely played of the two?

@@NabaniSaa Even though Dissidia 012 is more popular I love to go back and play the first game. Lol That original Omni air dash, dodge cancel combos and fast ex mode builds are so fun it makes you feel like you are in Advent Children. The only thing sorta main stream I did was play Age of Mythology remake on the channel. But I got early access so I'm showing appreciation lol

Lol. I just put all the women who found Cloud attractive
