Dissing an Ex Big-time

The plaintiff says the defendant is her deadbeat ex-boyfriend, who mooched off her constantly. She says he never paid her back for anything, so she’s suing for what she’s owed. The defendant says his ex is suing him because she misses having sex with him. He says she’s materialistic, so they broke up. He claims the money went back and forth when they were a couple, and he’s countersuing for stolen items.
