To quickly explain wtf happened in the third replay for those who don't know. Evil eye of selene has the effect that for each evil eye card activated, you pay 500 lp and the monster equipped with it gains 500 atk (this is mandatory). Evil eye of gorgoneio has the effect that gives the equipped monster atk equal to the differance in lp. Its a pretty good back up plan.

I have never seen a Galaxy eyes player throw that hard, and I play the damn deck. Why didn't they search for Afterglow off of the Galaxy Wizard? That would have been the otk!!

That last game was wild, I'm assuming Duelist A passed because B won the coin toss and picked second so A assumed Numeron. I'm pretty sure even the ideal Blackwing board loses to Numeron so probably the right call on his part. The wild part was that Galaxy Eyes couldn't OTK against an empty board, OTK is literally all the deck does.

Evil Eye can easily make huge ATK just with normal summon Serzekiel. To make it simple, equip Gorgoneio is like PEP boost effect if you have lower LP than your opponent.

Holy shit for a second there I thought I had made it onto a closecoder video(I haven't seen any one but me play evil eye for this event) but anyway Evil eye of Selene makes the equipped monster immune to targeting and destruction while gorgoneio mega beefs up it's attack if the users lp is lower then opponents by that amount so if you're at 8000 n I'm at 100 that's a +7900 to attack

As an evil eye player, trust me there's other better decks besides evil eye. Just a boring repetitive set up control deck. Even with the new support, deck still loses to imperm/ash serziel normal summon. Ofc I haven't mentioned the decks that could synergize with evil eye.

@@ParallelSync As a fellow evil eyes player I dunno if this is intentional downplay to keep our secrets hidden. If you only open Serziel and get ashed then yeah it's gg's but unleashed can bait ash blossom and you can use Gorgoneio in the graveyard to get your search off anyway. Can even add the field spell for another monster search. I think lots of decks can lose if their normal summon effect gets negated based on the type of hands they open. BUT for legal reasons I agree Evil Eye bad : )

The only way to deal with Birlz or Borelsword since they can't be destroyed by battle is to ss a masive Chimeratech Over Dragon and just atk that monster since Overdragon will have targets to beat over.......and for other ways Kaiju,Cyber dragon Infinity,Super poly,Underworld Goddes.....but anoing card to deal with......

Bruh I used to love beelze, he was like the original Avramax imo. Pre-pends I had a weird chaos warrior synchro deck which spammed Beelze and other dragon synchro's and then used Miracle Synchro Fusion (searched off fusionist) to make Equiste. Would be really cool to try and make that deck again with Harmonic Synchro Fusion in the game now

As a galaxy eyes player the last player was bozo the clown He didn't have game with number 62 and galaxion but if he searched for afterglow dragon with wizard instead of using it as a xyz material number 62 would be dealing 9600 damage

You are aware that the half damage isn't a factor if 62 has Galaxy-Eyes as material, so even without afterglow he could have done 8400 damage. With afterglow 62 would dish out 12,400 alone.
