As soon as Disturbed started putting their intense passion into slower songs too, there was never any going back. They were too damn good. We were robbed for years of what they were also capable of, but NOT ANY MORE! Disturbed is all of us. I love that they show the Mexican day of the dead too. We're English as well but still do it. It's a beautiful time to bring those we lost back to us.

THis song brought up so many tears from me, so therapeutic. David's voice is so beautiful and the message is absolutely wonderful. There's a live performance of this I found. It's a fans perspective, not professional. But it's so beautiful, he notices one of his fans bawling and he comes down and has this beautiful moment hugging them and singing with them. It just shows his heart.

My favorite bands are always the ones where you can hear their feelings in the songs, feel their emotions. You know what I mean? I adore this band. I've been in love since I saw them live in 2000. I REALLY can't wait until you hear..... 🎶 Can you feel that? Ah, shit Oh, ah, ah, ah, ah Oh, ah, ah, ah, ah

I loved your reaction to this song, especially tearing up during it. This song always hits me hard, I lost my father in December 2000 due to cancer. I love that Disturbed wrote this song in memory of love ones & friends that everyone has lost. When I 1st saw the video I was completely blown away to the fact that it shows people honoring our preparing for "dia de los Muertos" or day of the dead which is a Mexican tradition. I've always had respect for them anyway & that bumped it up even higher seeing as David is Jewish but he celebrates & holds high value in the different cultures. It's incredible.

As a HUGE Disturbed fan, I appreciate that you've taken out the time to listen to them. The album that this song is on is a definitely a different album from their usual ones but is still a really good listen. A few more good songs to check out are these: A reason to fight The light Land of confusion (genesis cover) Stricken (heavier but more their normal style) Inside the fire Not sure you can go wrong with any of these songs. These would give you a taste of what disturbed is all about. If you like those then I think moving onto Down with the sickness is the next move. Looking out for the next reaction!

Woooow...broke me too... I've always maintain this in my thoughts that you never really grow up and you never really lose somebody if you have them in your heart like the song says but letting them know how you feel does your mission so they understand that everything they do matters to you.

That did me in...no clue what the song was about. Coming from a small family, we've lost too many....and some memories can tear me apart. Now it's my turn...I'm trying to leave happy memories. I hope that is what will make people remember about me...I made them laugh. Good request and great reaction. FYI...if needed in other parts of life and don't want anyone to see you cry....roll your eyes to the ceiling and that will stop them.

@Budini672 жыл бұрын
There are happy-sad songs. They make it easier for you to face deep and painful emotions, ones that are often hard to talk about with family or friends. In the end you feel better and slightly happy to know that someone else felt this deep sadness or other emotion and you aren't the only one in the world who feels that way. That bit of rambling might not make much sense, but I think some of you will understand what I meant. Good reaction, Mr. Taylor.

The masks are created and decorated to honor deceased loved ones. It's part of the annual traditional Mexican holiday dia de Muertos, Day of the Dead. It's November 2nd, also called all souls day. The preceeding days are to honor the souls and it is believed they come back to visit among the living. Then on November 2nd the souls depart back to the other side. It is a festive joyful celebration. I think it's a beautiful tradition.
