Jake was rlly good in this ep. Jake is clearly a very sensitive person. Sensitivity like all traits is a strength and a weakness. The first half of the season we see the weakness of sensitivity: it's easier to get hurt. Jake is constantly getting hurt and clearly he doesn’t go about it in the best way. Now we see how sensitivity can be a strength: better recognizing and understanding the emotions of others, which also helps with empathy. The conversation at the end of the ep with Connor shows this strength of sensitivity.

As a Jake fan, I do realized that he can be a pain in the ass sometimes, hot tempered, naive, reckless,etc. But the main reason why I like Jake : He's quite sensitive and genuine towards people's feelings. The way he talks with Connor, somehow reminds me in season 1 when Jake and Miriam had a proper talk with in "Baking your heart" episode. He fully understand people's saddness and it is obvious that Miriam and Connor are comfortable to talk to Jake. It's quite a proof that Jake is a nice guy.

My thoughts on every character today: 1. Connor: a little too many boomer jokes but I liked seeing his real backstory, also hilarious seeing him do the wap. 2. Riya: Nice to see her coperating for once, but still needs to grow more. 3. Alec: He is really becoming an emotional person as of the past 2 episodes, i'm kinda here for it, i like that he does in fact care about Connor. 4. Aiden: I knew his plan would have no effect whatsoever, i liked seeing him and Jake work together, and he was super funny doing the dances as well. 5. Ally: I mean I had high hopes and they all came crashing down, first she makes Jake re-do the tiktoks which causes them to waste time, then she convinces Jake to distract the bear and almost gets him killed.....tsk tsk.....no ma-am, you just lost my support sis, I do hope that she makes up her mistake. 6. Jake: his best episode by far, he helped Aiden with his plan that went no-where, he tried to work alongside Ally until she pissed him off, and his talk with Connor at the end was super wholesome.....kinda rooting for him to win now. Truly the highlight of this episode. 7. Grett: I liked her friendship with Gabby but she was kinda not present this episode. 8. Gabby: SHOOK at her elimination, legit thought she would win, glad to see her leave being friends with Grett. All in all this episode was weird it's a 7/10 for me but that ending was 10/10.

Ugh, the toxicity from the fans about this episode is incredibly disappointing. It's a large cast and most people will be disappointed at the outcome cause we all have our own favorite. The writers have a creative vision and its not fair to criticize the writing just because you don't like the boot order. Consdiering this is technically an indie animation I think they do a great job! It actually makes it more realistic when someone you expect to go far get's picked off, that's how these show's go in real life.

Spoilers: THIS EPISODE WAS AN EMOTIONAL ROLLERCOASTER!! Tik tok challenges was def the weirdest challenge, good job Crystal! Sad to see Gabby go, but her getting over her alter ego and being friends with Grett was so satisfying! Ally will likely join the villains alliance bc NO amount of tik tok challenges can repair that cold betrayal. Jake trying to better himself and the final talk with Connor was very heartwarming. Had a feeling Connor got his company through his inheritance, and he was pretty mature considering Alec and Riya both betrayed him. Still rooting for you Aiden, keep going!!
