Cy has continually showed me a new way of thinking both at work and home. I’ve gotten a chance to see her speak a few times now and have learned so much from her in person and through her social content.

If I had a dollar for every time I've encouraged someone to separate the drama in their head from the reality of the situation, I'd be a very rich woman. Thank you for continuing to share your wisdom in a way that easily translates into all aspects of life. You help me bring my best brilliant self to work every day. I recommend your books, blogs, newsletters and videos to everyone!

I am so happy to see Cy on the TED stage! I met Cy 2.5 years ago and her philosophy has radically changed me for the better. I'm currently 20 years old and have quickly immersed myself into the working world and my ego gets in my way daily. Cy showed me a way past that. Cy made my work life better, my relationships better, I'm happier at more at peace moving through life because of the wisdom she shared in this very talk. If you haven't yet, please dive into Cy's KZbin videos and content all across social. She will make you better. Love you Cy!

Three simple questions and this story have added to the tools that Cy has given us in the time that i have been following her. Valuable tools that have both meaning and practical application at work and in life. Thanks so much!

So great to hear Cy share this message. I've been a practitioner of many of her techniques to self-reflect when I am in "drama" mentally and they have helped so much in being able to succeed in spite of the challenging circumstances that life brings. This last question "What would great look like?" is something I am going to add to my own self-reflection when I am frustrated or stuck. That simple question seems to show the clear next steps I could take to add value, make a difference and restore my own happiness in any situation. Can't wait to hear where Cy goes with her message from this talk! I hope to hear more of her personal story and how she used all of her experience and teachings to ditch the drama in tough situations over the years. Thank you for everything Cy!

This was great, Cy! Those three questions are simple, yet so impactful! And most overlook them because they’ve been conditioned to operate in their ‘low self’ which is a victim mentality. That in itself can be utterly exhausting so to be able to combat that and deploy perspective to see the larger picture is truly a skill everyone needs to master! Loved this talk, love the message!

You are right in that we've often been conditioned to see the world in a certain way. It's when we can challenge ourselves to open our minds and hearts to different viewpoints and ways of thinking that we can seek the truth. Thank you for taking the time to watch, and for following along!

I personally have been able to use these 3 questions in my day-to-day and trust me, they seem really simple, but they do work. I have found that Cy's ability to teach these simple techniques to quickly help you live with less drama in the moment can completely change your life and the way you view challenging/unfair situations. Really excited to see where her journey takes her with some of this new content around her personal story. I look forward to seeing how else she helps us "Live Happy in a Messy World" moving forward.

Fabulous stories Cy! I am always inspired by you. I always take away something new from you. Our EGO's are always trying to lead us down a path of judgment, control, fear, and anxiety.
