The best breakfast is fruit. I love watermelon pineapple dates, bananas with sugar sprinkled on top. they are the most consistent and great tasting make sure to drink 1 L of water before breakfast, Carbs FTW!! 💪💪💪

I rarely eat Indian food because I don't like a lot of heat, just a touch. These dishes look so good! I want to learn how to make Indian food! I can just add a touch of heat, I think.

I love upma for breakfast, lunch or dinner! I ate it frequently when I visited South India. However it was made with semolina cream of wheat. Look forward to trying millet version! Yummy 😋

Great show! So interesting to see how to cook a new savory breakfast dish (and how to cook Indian food without oil)

I think this upma or savory porridge can also be made with Bulghur wheat which is used in middle eastern cuisine. It’s a great source of fiber but it’s not gluten free for those that avoid gluten better stick to millet or quinoa. I love Bulghur wheat and use it regularly in my grain rotation.

a question about your upcoming book - what kind of sweeteners do you use? so often, bananas are used and i don't use them for environmental reasons. thanks.
