Divine Feminine & Self-Love Kemetic Yoga Flow (432hz)

The Divine Feminine is making her resurgence on this earth and for many, it is an awakening of a power so foreign. For many years the Divine Feminine has been suppressed, condemned, intentionally concealed and feared. Feared - because of her power and strength in the most encapsulating and thorough ways. She is gentle yet fierce. She is of compassion yet tantalizing power. She is strong and of the truest and purest love. The activation of Divine Feminine essence is needed and is inevitable at this time in earth's ascension. With her comes balance, peace and perspective to her counterpart in the Divine Masculine.
It is time to welcome the Divine Feminine into our worlds, into our heart space and let it tingle throughout ourselves, our beloveds and our community. How do we do this?
By starting with ourselves.
This flow will take you through 25 minutes of breath, movement, stillness and exhales to activate dormant feminine energy and allow ourselves to peel back layers of self-judgement, self-denial, feelings of not being good enough and welcome in the self-love that we hold at our core - each and every one of us.
If you are a woman right now, going through anything challenging in your life - know that you are not alone. Your cosmic womb is connected to all. We are never separate. We honor you, for you are a divine imprint of the Creator. You carry the codes of creation in your womb space. You are divine. Allow yourself to breathe, allow yourself to soak in self-admiration during this flow. You deserve it.
This platform was created for those who would like to go deeper into their practice - to have a space, specially for them, to learn more, to dive deeper and really integrate yoga, meditation, sound healing and intentionality into their lives. #divinefeminine

I felt a noticeable difference between doing this Kemetic flow and doing a flow from other yogis, especially white yogis. I am not trying to disparage their practice but more noticing that the energy here is incredibly potent especially for me as a Black women and I am able to ascend to higher levels of feminine and universal consciousness through your flow. While flowing with you, I felt more aligned and accepting of my Blackness, of my fierce nature, of the wild rather than the domesticated. Typical KZbin yoga is so deprived of this spirit but I felt it here. Using Kemetic language, you even called out the poses as more primal, powerful names, as well as divine and maternal/paternal. I felt transported to Egypt from the West. This flow is lifechanging. As said in the video description, the re-emergence of the divine feminine is happening right now and our midst and it’s feels incredibly foreign when actually it’s the most natural thing to be. I felt no confusion or hesitation to my Divine Feminine Power and Goddess Nature. These weren’t concepts that had to be proved, rather a state that needed to be embodied by me freely. This practice made me realize something deeply moving - for so long I have been trying to live my life through love, but I didn’t view love as the powerful force it is. I love this concept so much, as well as the setting. However, the practice moved in a way where I was getting out of breath very easily which doesn't happen normally when I'm doing yoga. It was also a confusing practice due to how things were worded in the voice over to the extent that if I wasn't looking at the screen I wouldn't know what to do. As in, some movements weren't specifically stated
