That reminds me of an old display in the Chamber Of Horrors at Blackpool years ago. A woman was trapped between a crocodile and a gorilla and daren't get out of the swamp. The crocodile caught her and bit off her leg. Unfortunately the lights didn't go off altogether so visitors could see her leg connecting back on again.

@@Blitterbug From a dictionary: 'Satire: The use of humour, irony, exaggeration or ridicule to expose or criticise people's stupidity or vices, particularly in the context of contemporary politics and other topical issues.' So, no; it's certainly not humour, and it's not politics in this context. But it's definitely exaggeration and ridicule about an unfortunately topical issue, which often arises because of people's stupidity. So you're quite correct. Thanks for making me double-check the meaning of the word. I'd only ever associated satire with politics.
