Neha madam respect for you and this episode but yourself addressing about girls parents need not be taken care as single daughter which does not come under cruelty and they should not get involved . Yourself have mentioned in prenups still there is no much rights given to women’s . Today’s generation ladies became independent and educated still you are telling women’s are more getting divorce it’s all because no more tolerance level of men cruelty to be sustained and suffered . Sach baat bolne se har vakil darta hai kyunki sawaal paison ka hai. Aur sach ye hai ki aaj kal jo divorces ho rahe hai uski sabse badi wajah hai Maintenance law. Ab isme chaahe pati ki galati hai ya nahi hai patni ko har haal me maintenance dena hi padta hai. Usme bhi 99% cases me Alimony de di jaati hai, pati pe ye pressure banaya jaata hai ki alimony de do verna ye case 10-15 saal tak chalega. Aur iska faayda ye hai ki vakil sidha 10-15% of alimony le leta hai. Aur ladki ka faayda ye hai ki agar zyada nahi mila to itna to mil hi jaayega ki shaadi ka saara kharcha nikal jaaye. Agar ladkiyaan independent hai to fir maintenance law ki zaroorat kya hai? Aur kuchh nahi to Pre-nup ko to valid kardo. Lekin ab ye baat khul chuki hai ki ladkiyon ke bahaane kama koi aur raha hai.

Aisa nahi hai ma'am, males ki family aur relatives ka bhi interference rahta hai, so aapko aisa nahi kahna chahiye tha ki 'jyadatar female ke relatives ka interference hota hai'. Agar koi female 2 or 3 years tak continuous Domestic Violence jhel rahi hai, toh koi rasta hi nahi bachta hai female ke liye ki wo kisi ko kuch naa bataye, kyonki isse female ki jaan bhi jaa sakti hai.

But every society remains stable, if we create proper system-e.g If patriarchy is a system then every boy takes care of his family (which includes wife, children and his parents). And same will be done by your brother in your family. If we start throwing out boy's parents, then tomorrow your sis in law will also throw out your parents. The whole system will collapse due to this. So, it's important to have system (which our previous generation established). But this generation is behaving selfish and senseless (esp girls by demanding boy's parents to stay out)

Its just same as when you get in new company, you must deal with situation and take your own decisions. You can’t discuss with your parents and keep complaining about certain things. And this lawyer is credibly saying ki girls' family Interference se problem hoti hai. Why do think Kanyadaan is sabse mahaan daan? I believe that boy's family should respect girls family for “daan” they have given. And the girl should prove her ability and sensibility by making a great family bond among both parivaars. You must have seen Traffic chaos, jab sab apni manmaani karte hain…. Ek system follow karne se sabka bhala hota hai !! Aur system ko barbaad karna sabse easy hota hai…😃
