Haha thank you! Too expensive to keep flushing the original! Hope you like the homemade one! 🙏

This is a great idea! I already have a dropper bottle that I will upcycle and print a label that I can make with canva!!

🙏Thanks Eme! Sounds like you've got it all sorted! Apparently for any up-cycled dropper bottles that held oils previously castille soap dissolves the oil really well if detergent doesn't.

You make me laugh so much! The commentaries are freaking the best. The freaking effort it takes to make Post Poo Drops

Hahaha Thank you Luisa 😭🙏❤️ I figured if I find it funny others will too, so HUGEST COMPLIMENT. This was meant to be a dig at those moody, zen brands and making light of the time the process takes haha.

This is such a great video. Thanks! After you have strained the fruit peel and left the essential oils to breathe for two weeks, is it still suppose to smell a bit of alcohol?

Thank you so much! Yes, it might still smell a bit of alcohol, i have found adding ylang ylang essential oil seems to help with this. This is in the original as well. Let me know how you go!

Can you make the aesop perfume?

Haha which one? My partner actually loves Hwyl. I draw the line at toilets for my perfume making🤣

where did you get your final bottles from?
@bottomfeederfood9 ай бұрын
I got them from packmyproduct.com.au. The shipping can be a lot so I make sure to buy a bunch of other jars and things I need all in one order. It still works out cheaper than buying crappier versions from chain stores.

I strained the alcohol from the citrus peels, but after a week, it just dried up :( Whyyyy? How do I fix this? Should I just add more rubbing alcohol?
@bottomfeederfood Жыл бұрын
How much did you have in the jar and was it warm weather? Yes, you can add a little more rubbing alcohol to rehydrate it. I might add a caveat in the written recipe, thank you for the feedback!

Honestly - best ad for the actual product 😂 waaay too much effort to save £20.
@bottomfeederfood Жыл бұрын
Hahaha, I know, I know. 😭Just giving you options! Either way there's only so many batches you can make. A shortcut is to just use essential oils, but the cost of initial purchase if you don't already have a stash is more than just giving into Aesop really. Maybe one for the recession though?
