Wonderful info, thank you! These might work well, too, by dropping them into the tank, rather than the bowl. It will clean the tank parts that often get calcium build up, which this should help get rid of. When you flush, it will also clean below the rim. and leave a nice scent afterwards. Just a thought! Thank you for this video, can I know if the baking soda , citric acid and the essential oils can be mixed and stored in an airtight container to be used as a powder. I live in a hot and humid country so it will always have to be stored in a freezer.

I tried this, but the mixture puffs up when I put it in the mould. Does that mean I have put too much water? Has this ever happened to you?

I haven't had that happen, but it does sound like too much water, or at least adding the water too quickly. I try to add a tiny bit at a time and mix well, so it doesn't fizz too much. Just enough water to get that packing sand consistency. Hope that helps!

hi, I was just watching your video for curiosity for when me and my boyfriend live together.. I have been researching all over the Internet for all kinds of DIY homemade formulas because my boyfriend told me that the smell of bleach makes him feel dizzy or pass out.. I have to admit.. even I don’t like the smell of it. So I thought ‘that settles it.. let’s see about homemade DIY cleaning formulas’ I explained everything to my boyfriend and how it might be a little safer and could make him feel more comfortable, he says ‘yeah... good idea.. hope you can find some good stuff that might help’ and I’ve been researching over the Internet for ages and even searched for where to find the right equipment like bottles if it’s going to be a liquid.. not been easy, like an endless search.
