@@2005SHERWIN I shampoo first. I sprinkle amla and brahmi powder directly into my deep conditioner and then douse it all in a penetrating oil, like olive oil, avocado oil, or grapeseed oil. I stir it all up and put it in my hair, weekly, using heat for deep penetration and then rinse really really well. After the treatment, I use lots of moisturizer in my hair and usually braid it down or twist it down for the week. I have added a quarterly henna and indigo powder treatment to this regimen.

The Lord is coming back. He loves you dearly and calls for you to come back home to Him. He calls for repentance and belief in the Gospel. It’s time to fully surrender to Christ. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

Mmaolisa E SheaMoisture and Not Your Mother’s both have a charcoal one, Nexxus, and Texture ID. I’ve only used the sheamoisture one and I liked. I see the point of a scalp exfoliator, but I just don’t use them. Off topic, but BiancaReneeToday put me on this product. You should try the Not Your Mother’s matcha green tea wild apple blossom hair mask. It comes in a green container. I have dry, low porosity, type 4 hair and it leaves my hair feeling so moisturized.

I bought all of the ayurvedic powders a while ago on Amazon and they were pretty cheap. There's also a really good hair growth herb mix; It's dry and you add it to oil and let it infuse. For the hair herbs, look for the brand Hesh - you can buy a pack that has Aritha, brahmi, amla, neem, and shikakai :)

As a diabetic on keto diet, what substitute for sugar can I use to ensure similar health benefits + holistic outcome?
@lisakafmw26734 жыл бұрын
I don’t think using sugar topically(on your scalp/skin/hair) would have any effects on your diet or health, our bodies aren’t capable of absorbing sugar through skin or hair. Unless your reasons for avoiding sugar are ethical reasons, there’s really nothing to worry about.
@monique78854 жыл бұрын
If your reasons are ethical you could a course salt like kosher or sea salt. They are a touch tougher though

Anyone else have seborrhoeic dermatitis? So hard finding something that works consistently.
@jenniferesein48134 жыл бұрын
Yep. IT's hard to find something that will work long-term. I've used Nirozal shampoo, which helps. I stay away from conditioners and just about anything else that can go in hair/scalp like gels, sprays, oils, greases, etc. I just use shampoo and that's it, so therefore, my styling options are greatly diminished. Right now I've had luck using CeraVe's psoriasis wash as a once in a while clarifying shampoo, since it has an AHA (salicylic acid) to gently exfoliate skin (which is basically my scalp).
@niKute2011014 жыл бұрын
Aloe Vera and ACV has been helping me recently~ I used Nizoral (so you could test that out)which worked for a while but then stop, and I used Neutrogena Coal Tar Shampoo but that only lasted like a day. I don't use oils on my scalp~
@shannie48884 жыл бұрын
I have it but I think it's due to an infection that spread to my sinus and my scalp. I used to use the Neutrogena tar shampoo, ACV with bentonite and neem powder, and also use an ayurvedic mix of powders and other ingredients like brahmi, shikakai, amla, ayurvedic oil mix (mix these with hibiscus, bamboo powder, etc) etc to wash my hair. The infection kept coming back, so I have been focusing on dealing with that. I have been using a natural antibiotic called Christopher's Original Formula: Infection formula or INF Formula and it has been keeping dermatitis at bay. I think you really have to get to the root of the issue for it to get better. Mine is the infection.
@sabrinaphanor92894 жыл бұрын
Selsun Blue works, but it will strip your hair super clean. Try ACV with bentonite clay. Couple years ago, I used to buy this snake oil bar from LUSH and it did work. I think I stopped using it because some of the strong smell!
