I would have used wood instead of cardboard. Drilling a hole on each end of the pieces. Then use wood screws to sandwich the bamboo matt, possibly with some wood glue for extra hold. It would also allow the string to pull through easily. Don't get me wrong... the idea is solid already. Thank you

What do we need the adhesive paper for? I think it's just an extra step that can be avoided Good idea btw

It is actually an adhesive paper with frost effect and is used to block the view from outside since the bamboo blind is see through. 😊

System good, what I was looking for, but points for neatness, not so many, I think those ties, all together make it look ugly, you could have used small nuts and bolts and made those almost invisible. Drilling in those tiles not good, what about if you get fed up with your blind, you''ve ruined the tiles, you could have used a small flat piece of board that you could have fastened in the joints between the tiles, and attached the blinds to that piece of board. When fed up with blind, remove board, fill in the two holes with new tile joint filler, tiles as new. Quality of the actual bamboo doesn't look high. The system is a great idea though. Thanks.
