Sienna Joena I’m not sure, I think your hair needs to be at a level 10 almost platinum for blue steel to work but I’m not sure 🤔

I did mention I would have to re dye it because it didn't cover all the blonde which is why it might have looked kinda green to you but it wasn't. I liked it and that's all that matters 😊✌️
