DIY boat made of four oil barrels 2 (outboard motor attached)

This is an old 2 stroke russian motor 350cc, 23hp, model "Neptun"
Max Speed: 1 person 36 km/h; 2 persons 30 km/h; 3 persons 26 km/h. Motor need to be lowered by some 40mm, now on full throttle it starts cavitate. In this video throttle was approximately 75%.

Congratulations and Thankyou to sharing !. I had one time ago a Zodiack type boat and , if you approbe it, I give you an advice. Put your imaginations and look into this boat put spaces where add floating extras for eventuality you could be get Upside Down, you will avoid that this beautiful boat would last sinking. By all is perfect and creative. But think in the Worst scenes possibles, too !. Health for you and your people !

В данной конструкции явно не хватает пары алюминиевых уголков-брызгоотбойников по бортам на задней 2/3 корпуса, спасут от замывания бортов и дадут бОльшую устойчивость в повороте.. Уголка 2м. из любого магазина с полкой 40мм. будет более чем достаточно. In this design, clearly there is not enough pair of aluminum corners-splashguards along the sides on the back 2/3 of the hull, will save from washing the sides and will give greater stability in the turn .. Aluminium angle 2m. from any store with a shelf of 40mm. will be more than enough.

Nice Job, But you need some foam flotation inside. Your boat's a bit unstable, If ya flip it, She'll go right to the bottom.
