We have years ago order a 2k adhesive for our work. But you can use many other too. Very important is, it must be a 2 component adhesive and heat resistant over 100 degree. Make samples with it and test it.

What is the black paint you put on the edges, it is not a truly DIY if you leave steps out. Your channel will grow more if you put everything in detail. ❤

Hi, it’s a standard black spray paint. Yes I know, problem is, I have 2 -3 hours Video material wich i look put in 10-15 min

I don't think I could only 1 full wet coat on my stuff, I always burn thru the epoxy......and that's with hand sanding. I've tried my orbital DA with 120 on it and totally ruined my part within minutes, sad to say considering I have experience with the stuff.

Not 1 layer, we take min 2-3 layers, if we have komplex parts 4-5 layers
