Glad you enjoyed it! The training went excellent for the first four weeks, then I ran too far in my new zero-drop shoes and strained my right achilles tendon. Not much to do with the achilles except wait for it to heal. That wasn't a fault of the training program; I just did too much too early. I did really enjoy the training program and am looking forward to starting again in another week or two. Good luck!

How's the form coming along?? I started with the audiobook and ended up also getting the cool impossible from the library to check out the diagrams. Excited to get started with these exercises!

Nice video, I made my own when the book first came out as I'm in the UK and the cost of the proper ones with shipping and duty was just too much, only thing I'd add is I used the sticky back sandpaper you put on skateboards to cover mine, it hurts a little at first but your feet soon get used to it and I find it's really good for toughening up the skin.

How has your running form improved?

Thanks, just about to make one. Eric’s end piece on the slant board is curved, so will give a more gentle rocking than your which is supported in the middle. (ps. You used supaglue not epoxy) How did you get on?

what do you mean curved? is it an arc or it has only rounded edges?
