I really considering taking on a project like this. I like the two-piece design with the stainless and the 6061. What was the most challenging part of the build? Anything you'd do differently? Did you consider offsets, lie, and toe hang in the design?

Just like machining any other part! Find yourself an expert machinist, give them a 3D model (I used solidworks) and then work some CAM magic.

Only the cost of materials! It was probably around $70 for the putter head materials, shaft, and grip if I had to guess.
