Hello,love your tutorial and the design and results beautiful but my question do you put the heat gun directly onto the paper,I tried and it showed burn marks,is it bc I have to move it around and not stay on that one spot?

You should be about an inch off the paper and be moving it around as it sticks, move to the next section.

Is there any type of spray you need to spray on them? For instance, waterproof spray or something..

I didn’t use any spray. Hers only lasted about 6 weeks.

I don’t see why not… if it’s a transfer sheet it should adhere to most materials including polyester

They lasted about 3 months. Maybe if you finish them with something… like a spray seal or epoxy. They may last longer.

I didn’t see any lifting… but they scrape up much like a printed design would in a regular pair of shoes/crocs

So I tried this and Idk what I'm doing wrong but after I put the heat to it and I touch it the ink rubs off. Any suggestions? Could it be the paper I'm using? I am also using an automotive heat gun not a crafting heat gun.

Yeah it may just be the paper you’re using… be sure to check it’s not paper for a Laser if you’re using inkjet! I’ve certainly made that mistake before myself! Inkjet ink will run right off paper made for laser printers… otherwise 🤔 I’m not sure

As long as you don’t put them in the washer, they should hang tight the life of normal print vinyl. Hers scrapped mostly.

It’s iron on transfer paper… the back portion gets removed in order to adhere the paper to the apparel
