I would l like to use 3/4 sheets of this type of cellular PVC to build the casting decks for my little 14ft boat. What would be the distance between the structural tube/angle aluminum profiles underneath to avoid too much deflection (bending)?

Hey Jeff, does black work ok or does the paint wear off the aluminum diamonds. Black doesn’t blind one like silver on a sunny day. Thanks, Mike

I always use a light gray. Black gets super hot The gray doesn’t and it also wears better. It does t stand out as bad
