Just found you and subscribed!!!!!! I’m a DIY’er too. I have found that when doing any kind of cabinet usage it is always best to build a base. I then use the baseboard I removed to trim it out. Makes the whole thing look as if it was made for the space and has been there forever. Plus it helps prevent having to move things that may hinder the opening and closing of doors and drawers. We don’t have an IKEA near us to stalk out cabinets so my go to is the unfinished oak cabinets from Home Depot. They are so much more cost efficient. Also invest in iron edging. It can turn the cheapest plywood into solid wood beauty. Super easy to iron on and trim. They even have a white laminate style Can’t wait to see all your videos!!!!!! ❤😊

nice project, it turned out nice. One suggestion would be to change your closet rod holders from plastic to metal. I built closet organizers in three bedrooms. I used the plastic rod ends from local box store. They started failing after one year. Of course being in closets they were all loaded heavy, constantly.

We have tall cabinets in the entry way, behind the door like yours. The door has dinged up the front of the cabinets. I didn't install them, but I finally put a door hinge door stop on, and it works well. I was wondering where that door strikes, especially with the mirror. Great job, keep up the hard work.

I'm moved away from MN in '84. The coldest winter I remember was about 1980 or so. Actual temperature was -40F with a windchill factor of -90, although one particular evening the air was completely still so the wind wasn't a factor. As I exhaled a huge cloud of breath just sorta floated in the air for quite some time. It was kinda weird.

That looks amazing!! I have the 3 door Brimnes! Can I ask what size pulls you used?! Are they 10 inch??

The holes measure 6 and 5/16 inches apart so I just got pulls to fit that without drilling new holes. The exact pulls I got were from Home Depot and are linked in the description of this video (YT won't let me link in the comments)
